You referred the well-known deaf artwork of chaining the hands and disconnected fingers all over the place which done by Dr. Betty Miller, former Washington, DC resident.
Dr. Betty Miller is currentlu reside in Philadephia. PA with her longtime partner. She still do her artistic talents from time to time.
